1. I hereby revoke all wills and testimentary dispositions heretofore made by me and i declare this to be my last will. I appoint my daughter Jane Eliza Wall and my sons Charles Wall and Percy Walter John Wall to be my executors and trustees.
2. I give to my son Percy Walter John Wall, free of duty, my Gold Presentation Watch, but this gift is not to include the chain or any attachments to the watch.
3. I give and bequeath to my son, Thomas Wall, a legacy of Fifteen Pounds to be paid free of duty.
4. I give and bequeath to each of my daughters, Alice Wall, Rosina Wall, Ada Florence Wall, Jane Eliza Wall, Dorothy Daisy Wall, Sarah Elizabeth Wall, a legacy of Thirty Pounds to be paid free of duty
5. I give and bequeath to my son, Charles Wall, a legacy of Seventy Pounds, and to my son, Percy Walter John Wall, a legacy of Fifty Pounds, (whether they prove my will or not) such legacies to be paid free of duty
6. It is my express wish that my Executors shall, as soon as convenient after my death, sell my jewelry and my collection of coins and all my medals and all my silver cups and also my presentation silver cigar case and that the proceeds of sale shall fall into my residuary estate for the benefit of my wife
7. I give devise and bequeath all the residue of any real and personal property to my dear wife Elizabeth for her own use and benefit
